From late October through to the New Year, landlords can find it tough. Once the Summer is over, the number of viewings start to steadily decrease into the Autumn. Although, there are still some great opportunities to be had for landlords and tenants alike, mid-November through till January sees a lull and prospective tenants tend to put everything on hold, at least until the Christmas decorations are down.
